Meet Khayriddin “Bek” Shamsiev of Bek Logistics LLC

Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Khayriddin Shamsiev, also known as Bek—a purpose-driven entrepreneur bridging continents and solving critical issues in the logistics and trucking industry. With a background in business development and a passion for impactful innovation, Bek is not only moving freight—he’s moving the needle on driver health, safety, and sustainability in a deeply overlooked sector.

We had the chance to learn more about his story, what sparked his latest ventures, and how he’s combining logistics and wellness in a truly unique way.

Hi Bek, thank you for sharing your story with us! To start, how do you define the word "entrepreneur"?
An entrepreneur is a problem-solver with vision and resilience—someone who sees opportunity where others see obstacles and takes action to create value. For me, it’s about using personal experience to build solutions that improve lives, like I’ve done in logistics and truckers’ health.

Tell us a bit about your journey—what led you to take the leap into entrepreneurship?
I am Khayriddin Shamsiev, also known as Bek, an entrepreneur with a proven track record of building impactful businesses in both Uzbekistan and the United States. Before relocating to the U.S. in late 2021, I successfully owned and operated ventures in Uzbekistan, gaining hands-on experience in business development, operations, and leadership.

Upon arriving in the U.S., I recognized critical gaps in the logistics and trucking industries, particularly around driver health and safety. Drawing on my international experience, I founded new ventures aimed at solving these problems through innovation and technology.

My journey into entrepreneurship was never just about business—it was about creating scalable solutions to underserved challenges, and leading with a vision that crosses borders.

What problem does your business solve, and what makes your approach unique in your industry?
My business efforts target two critical gaps in the U.S. trucking industry: efficient freight management and the long-neglected issue of truck driver health.

As the founder of Bek Logistics LLC, I’ve built a trusted logistics operation that supports the backbone of the American supply chain. But what truly distinguishes my work is my leadership in addressing the health crisis among long-haul drivers—a problem that affects public safety, driver retention, and operational efficiency.

Recognizing this unmet need, I founded a health-focused startup that brings innovation to this underserved workforce. Unlike traditional approaches, my solution is industry-native, developed by someone with firsthand logistics experience. It combines health tracking technology, AI, mobile access to care, and tailored wellness programs that integrate seamlessly into drivers’ daily lives.

This work not only improves health outcomes, but also reduces downtime, enhances safety, and supports the long-term sustainability of the industry. In my opinion, this initiative is unique and significant, as I am among the few entrepreneurs actively innovating at the intersection of logistics, technology, and workforce wellness.

For readers who want to support you, what’s the best way they can get involved?
The best way to support me and my business is by helping spread the word. Whether it’s sharing our survey, connecting me with industry partners, or simply raising awareness about the importance of truckers’ health—every connection helps us build better tools and create real impact in this vital but often overlooked community.
